GoGoRadio uses this information to fill your orders and better provide you with personalized services.

Personally identifiable information is used by GoGoRadioin in order to provide tailored services and to improve the content of the site for you. All user's profiles are initially set to “Do Not Disturb,” which means we will only email you regarding administrative matters regarding your account. Should you wish to receive newsletters, information on bands, promotions, etc. you have the option to opt-in to those services.
Occasionally GoGoRadio may be asked by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose personal information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation, without prior notice to you. GoGoRadio fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful. With the exception of payment processing companies we absolutely do NOT share your personally identifiable information (email address, phone number, first or last name, street address, social security number, or billing information) with ANY third-party or partner unless you explicitly request that we do.
