If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product before purchase, please email downloads@gogoradio.com for help. We encourage you to listen to the download prior to purchasing. In this way, you can "try before you buy" and sample the quality of the download and to insure it is the correct song. (The samples are taken from the CDs themselves).
All items are sold on an Exchange Only basis, and can only be exchanged if it is shown to be damaged. Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable, and are subject to the time and download-limits as specified Download Terms section. We will, however, provide as much technical support and service required for you to properly download your files.
